What you get with a Book or Release Tour?

1.  Tour Management
  • Invite Reviewers, Book Influencers, Bloggers, Instagramers, etc. to Participate
  • Distribute ARCs to reviewers (direct to kindle or via download link)
2.  Tour Packet
  • Packet includes:  master schedule, media kit, premade social media posts, author info.
  • Google Doc Submission Form will be sent with the package to the bloggers to submit their event link
  • Collect reviews during the tour
  • Promo links that are submitted to us will be shared with the author during the tour
3.  Promoting Tour
  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Website
4.  Graphics
  • Tour Banner creation (included)
  • Teaser image creation (available upon request for additional fee)
5.  Giveaway
  • This is not required but giveaways boost reader participation.  Giveaway items to be purchased and provided by the author. Let us know if the giveaway is open Internationally or U.S. Only.
  • Up to 5 prizes may be included (6 to 10 prizes = $5 additional; 11+ prizes = $10 additional)
  • Rafflecopter management
6.  Length of Tour 
  • One Week Tour (5 days)
7.  Additional Costs for Series Tours
  • A Series Tour consists of promoting a full series; Pricing includes up to 2 novels, each additional novel will be an additional fee of $5.00 per novel
  • Anything over 5 books in a series, email us to discuss pricing.
