The funny complexities of life pairs with devious ideas to destroy a marriage. Skye Topple finds himself embarking on a journey to sort through the shambles of his life's choices. When the bizarre son of a new business partner covets his wife, he's willing to move on and makes a series of decisions that could go in his favor . . . or not. How dangerous is he and how far will he go to get what he wants?

An eccentric ruse prevails, sporting wicked humor as the Covington family sells out their affluent consultant firm in an attempt to rise to prominence in the world of real estate.

"Life Rolls Along [is] one of those novels that mixes absurdity with the seriousness, social commentary, and tenderness that we all look for in fiction. . . . a novel that examines human discontent under a humorous lens. . . . Life Rolls Along also makes some well-aimed observations about society and pokes satirical fun at the well-to-do, showing that being rich is not the answer. It turns out to be a touching romantic comedy." —Vincent Dublado for Readers’ Choice
"Nielsen has a way of bringing a light-hearted nature and simplicity to tense situations while treating them with the respect they deserve. She is incredible at making you feel as though you are friends with these characters which is why you are so invested in how their story will turn out." —Aly Avina for Pacific Book Review
“…a rousing book… Nielsen’s writing is exemplary, fascinating and genuinely engaging. The plot twists are surprising, the drama intense to follow, and the flow of the plot excellently executed. The way the author starts a story, and introduces another story while still narrating the initial story, without losing the reader is a true talent.” —Aaron Washington, Hollywood Book Reviews

"You wanted to meet..." Skye emphasized each name, "Terri Sue Ellen. She does her best work there. Oh, by the way, my first luncheon at the club was when Charles informed me that southern women felt important if they had three names."

"For real?" RB put on a sober face, but his eyes lit up with good humor. "I lived in Georgia all my life and didn't know that!"

"God's truth." Skye held his smile in check.

"Now that I have a heads-up, I will try to prepare myself." RB chuckled as he shook his head. "I understand she's daunting. What do I need to do?"

"Come with a wheelbarrow of compliments. That's all it'll take."

"Flattery runs in my blood. All southern gentlemen know how to dish it out."

Skye added, "And don't pay a lot of attention to the table talk. It, ahh, drifts."

"Good to know." RB leaned against the wall of his cubicle. "I understand she was some kind of celebrity in college."

Skye added in a droll tone, "Peach queen."

"Nooo." RB pulled his eyebrows down. "I mean that's what I heard. But seriously?"

"It's a coveted title in the South."

RB made a face. "No, it's not."
